Most Underrated and Overrated Actors Of Pakistani Television Industry

Pakistan Entertainment Industry is full of talent, but unfortunately, that talent doesn't get that much appreciation which they deserve. They, not only, have good looks but some of them have amazing acting skills. They might have big number of followers on their Social Accounts, but they are not recognized by critics. Here is the list of some amazing actors who are not appreciated on the basis of their talent and who deserve much more:

1: Ahmed Ali Akbar

One of the most talented actors who has amazing acting skills and proved it by playing the characters of different genre. From "Siyah" to "Tajdeed-e-Wafa" he did justice to all of his characters but never get appreciated for his work. His facial expressions in "Yeh Raha Dil" were marvelous and his chemistry with "Yumna Zaidi" was loved by the audience.

2: Yumna Zaidi

Applause, Applause, Applause. Her performance in every serial was tremendous but still, her serials are the most underrated serials of television. But she knows her worth and chooses wisely when it comes to roles, just like Saba Qamar.

3: Mansha Pasha

From Supporting to Lead roles, she has a very long history. She is so talented but unfortunately, she chooses the wrong characters and scripts.

4: Ali Ansari

He knows when to give the right expression. He is well aware of character demands and works hard to fulfill them. Its been 4 years, he is in the industry and with having so much potential, he is still getting supporting roles. He deserves to be shown as the main lead but unfortunately, our channels and production houses mostly fail the criteria of casting.

5: Ali Abbas

Not for every genre, but he did justice to every character he played. His roles are mostly similar to each other but those characters suit on him because of his personality.

6: Wahaj Ali

Amazing looks, talented actor, deserve much more, approachable but still, producers fail to consider him.

Overrated Actors

1: Mawra Hocane

Beauty is not enough to justify the characters. She did awesome work but she has ruined many good characters because of bad acting.

2: Mahira Khan

No doubt, she is a star. But she always has same expressions to give. 

3: Yasir Hussain

Being Confident is cool, but being overconfident is not bearable. He can do comedy well, but he needs to work hard on his acting skills.

4: Sami Khan, Syed Jibran

They both need to do some aged roles now. No wonder, why they are still playing the lead roles with the characters who just entered adulthood. 

6: Iqra Aziz

She has done plenty of serials but Suno Chanda was the only serial she actually acted, maybe because the character was So "Over".

7: Shehroze Sabzwari

Being son of a celebrity can get you many roles but what about acting skills?

8: Ahsan Khan

There was a time when he was everyone's favorite. But honestly, Tv deserves new faces and new talent.

 

9: Ali Rehman Khan

Seen in every drama and film nowadays. But there are many actors who can play those characters better than him. 

Pakistan is full of talent but unfortunately, Our Entertainment Channels does not want to explore the world of talent. There are many people who can act better than those they see on Tv.
